Inala Software Pty Ltd (Inala) is a company that builds software to connect various different stakeholders (Training Providers, Learners, Employers & Facilitators) to ensure that training programmes are run seamlessly. Inala is obligated to comply with The Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) of the Republic of South Africa.
This Privacy Policy outlines how Inala will process your personal information, how Inala protects your personal information and your rights concerning your personal information as a data subject.
This Privacy Policy explains the policies adopted by Inala that manage and govern the procedures concerning the collection and use of the [personal] information Inala collects when you,as a data subject, access inala.io which is (the “Service”). How Inala Collects Information
www.inala.io collects and receives information from you in the following manner:
- When you fill in a registration form or otherwise submit your personal information;
- When you sign up to using Inala;
- When you add your staff profile information to Inala;
- When your staff add personal information to Inala and supporting applications.
- When you add Learners or Facilitator information to Inala
Your information will be stored for up to sixty (60) days after it is no longer required to provide the Services to you. Your information may be retained for longer periods for reporting or record- keeping in accordance with applicable laws. Information which does not identify you personally may be stored indefinitely.
Product specific information collected but not limited to: Web App
- Company information collected in Inala as listed above. ● Staff information collected in Inala as listed above.
- Learner & facilitator information collected in Inala as listed above. ● Project & programme structure.
- On-Site geolocations, for training sessions.
- The sites that facilitators train at.
- The sites that learners received training at.
- Timestamps of learners’ time worked for dates that have passed. ● Images of Learners and Facilitators for clocking in & out for Training & Work Experience.
- Competency capturing for each learner.
Inala information security
- Each organization will be provided with a password by Inala that is unique to that organization.
- Inala will have access to the password so that they can assist your organization in troubleshooting and providing you with accurate information.
- Each user will create a username and password.
How Inala Uses Your Information
www.inala.io may use your information for the following purposes:
- Providing and maintaining our Service, as well as monitoring the usage of our Service.
- For other purposes, Inala will use your information for data analysis to identify usage trends or validate the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns when reasonable. Inala will use your information to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, and marketing efforts.
- To contact you, Inala will contact you by email, phone, SMS, or another form of electronic communication related to the functions, products, Services, or security updates when necessary or reasonable.
