QCTO Accreditation Requirement
Your QCTO accreditation requires an LMIS. We are it.
The QCTO Consolidated Accreditation Criteria Checklist requires every Skills Development Provider to have a Learner Management Information System that is PoPIA-compliant, backed up, and access-controlled. Inala ticks every box.
QCTO · Road to Success (2023) · Item 23
"Learner Management Information System (LMIS) that will support Confidentiality and the Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPIA) and includes systems for back-ups and access control (security)."
This is a mandatory accreditation requirement, not optional. Without a compliant LMIS, your site visit fails at this checkpoint.

Learner records, structured
Every learner's ID, documents, enrolment, progress, and assessment results. Captured once, accessible always. No spreadsheets filling the gaps.
Role-based access control
Admin, facilitator, assessor, client, each role sees only what they need. PoPIA-compliant by design, not by accident.
Cloud-hosted with backups
Hosted infrastructure with automatic backups. Not a laptop. Not a shared drive. A real system the auditor can verify on the day.
QCTO enrolment-ready
Learner data in the exact format QCTO requires for enrolment submissions, within your 21-day and 5-day windows.
Learner interface on WhatsApp
Learners interact via WhatsApp. Zero app download. Zero learning curve. Full data capture from the learner's side of the phone.
